8/23/10 - Early Science and Language Learning at Para Los Niņos, A UCLA Funded Documentary

Para Los Niños invites you to view the documentary, Early Science and Language Learning at Para Los Niños, co-sponsored and funded by UCLA Center for Community Partnership and the World-Class Instructional Design & Assessment (WIDA), a twenty state consortium dedicated to designing and implementing high educational standards for English Language Learners. The documentary was filmed at the Para Los Niños Family Learning Complex and created by Dr. Alison Bailey and Margaret Heritage of UCLA to demonstrate the principles of a transformative educational model for English Language Learners.
