Enroll in our Friday Job Skills Workshop
If you're a young person looking for job, full-time, seasonal or part-time, Para Los Niños can help. This coming Friday morning, Oct. 12, we're offering a free job skills workshop. We'll help you prepare a resume, learn how to handle a job interview, fill out an employment application, and more. To participate, RSVP to Erica Aguirre at aguirre@paralosninos.org. Or go to http://www.layouthatwork.org and click on "become work ready" on the picture on the right side of the screen. Then click on "enroll now" to enroll in the Hire LA youth program. Once you've completed that form, you'll go to another page where you can click to register for a jobs skills workshop. That click will take you to a page where you can choose the Para Los Niños workshop. The workshop is from 9 a.m. to noon at the Para Los Niños YouthSource Center, 4927 Huntington Drive North
