Para Los Niños is a non-profit tax-exempt organization recognized under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and has been designated as a “public charity” under section 170(b)(1)(A)(VI) and 509(a)(1) of the Code.
Para Los Niños is funded through the private sector with annual fundraising campaigns, special fundraising events, as well as ongoing support from corporations, foundations and individuals. The agency is also funded by local, state, and federal grants.
Para Los Niños is listed on "Guidestar," the National Database of Nonprofit Organizations Web site.
